§ 152.23 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

This subchapter and the requirements thereof shall not apply to any applications for zoning map amendment, approval of subdivision plats or building permit applications filed on or before November 25, 1991; it shall apply to all filings after November 25, 1991.
