(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any order or inspection report within the time limit shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $100, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or by such fine and imprisonment.
(B) Each day that any violation or failure to comply occurs, or is continued, shall constitute a separate offense.
