§ 151.023 FEE.
   (A)   A $3 fee shall be paid for each certificate of occupancy that is on file with the Building Inspector's office.
   (B)   If the building in question has no certificate of occupancy on file and requires a field inspection to ensure compliance with the Property Maintenance Code a $50 fee shall be paid.
