(A) The city hereby adopts the implementation plan, developed by the Kentucky Housing Corporation, pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI.
(B) The Mayor and/or any other appropriate officer or official of the city, are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all documents necessary to fully comply with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, including, but not by way of limitation, the execution, on behalf of the city, by the Mayor of the Statement of Assurance, and completion of the Title VI Self-Survey, contained in such implementation plan, and further authorizes that same be returned to the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
