When the rules and regulations stated in this subchapter are not specifically applicable or are insufficient to cover a particular situation, “The Recommended Good Practice Requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters for the Installation, Maintenance and Use of Piping and Fittings for City Gas” shall apply. The above-mentioned Recommended Good Practice Requirements are hereby adopted by reference as if set forth fully herein. A copy of the requirements shall be maintained in the office of the Building Inspector and shall be available for public inspection during normal office hours.
