§ 150.54 METER LOCATION.
   (A)   All meters shall be installed outside of buildings insofar as practical and shall not be installed elsewhere, except with special approval.
   (B)   Under no conditions shall submeters be installed whereby the owner or landlord resells gas to tenants.
