(A) All applications for plumbing permits shall be accompanied by a plan of the proposed plumbing installation, type of sewage disposal, location of septic tank or drain field to be used.
(B) No plumbing permit shall be issued until plans of the plumbing and sewage disposal have been submitted to and approved by the county’s Health Department.
