(A) The Barren Information Technology Systems (BITS) Office is authorized and directed to reassign street numbers to structures and locations in the city in every instance in which a duplicate street number exists, street numbers are not in proper sequence or are otherwise irregular.
(B) The Building Inspector, prior to notice of new numbers to property owners and residents, shall review same with the Mayor.
(C) Each location to which a new street number is assigned is requested to prominently display the new street assigned to the location.
