§ 116.13 GENERAL RESTRICTIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS FOR SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES.
   All sexually oriented businesses classified under § 116.12 shall comply with the following requirements:
   (A)   An establishment shall not exhibit any lettering, wording, pictorial or representational matter which is distinguished or characterized by a depiction of sexual activities on any sign subject to public view from outside the establishment.
   (B)   An establishment shall not display its stock in trade, inventory, or merchandise which depicts, describes or relates to sexual activities in such a manner as to be subject to public view from outside the establishment.
   (C)   Except as otherwise provided by laws which may be more restrictive, no owner or operator of an establishment shall knowingly permit a person under 18 years of age to be employed by or enter the establishment.
   (D)   An establishment must have an employee on duty at all times in which the business is open and must be positioned at a station in the premises which is located in such a manner that the entrance can be monitored at all times. Any person who reasonably appears to be under the age of 18 shall be requested to verify his or her age. All persons under the age of 18 discovered in the establishment shall be immediately escorted out of the premises.
   (E)   No establishment, except for an adult motel, shall remain open at any time between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (F)   No act of sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation, masturbation, or sexual contact shall be permitted in or on the licensed premises of any sexually oriented business, except an adult motel. No owner, operator, licensee, or employee of a sexually oriented business shall knowingly permit these activities to occur on the licensed premises.
   (G)   Any sexually oriented business shall be required to identify such business as "adult" in any advertisement, including signage. No lettering, words, or representation of matter relating to sexual activities shall be placed upon any advertisement. Sexual activities or photographs of same shall not be displayed within any licensed premises in such a manner as to be open to the general public view from outside the license premises. Each application for a sexually oriented business license shall be accompanied by a photograph or drawing of any signs to be displayed on the exterior of the establishment with an indication as to the dimensions of the same. Signage shall be posted in conspicuous locations indicating that persons must be of appropriate age or older to enter.
