§ 115.41 COMPETITIVE CABLE OPERATIONS.
   Where the city has authorized two or more franchisees to provide cable service on a competitive basis, the city shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that its regulation does not unfairly or unreasonably burden one competitor to the advantage of the other. Further, the city shall require the competitors to adhere to conduct which constitutes fair competition and comports with applicable antitrust laws.
