Every person, firm or corporation licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall immediately post and keep posted while in force, in a conspicuous place on the premises, the license so issued. Whenever such license shall be lost or destroyed, a duplicate in lieu thereof shall be issued by the Licensing Fee Division.
