§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person violating any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.03 shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined, upon conviction, not less than $5, nor more than $10, per hand bill.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 111.20 through 111.33 shall be fined not more than $250; provided, however, that, the violation has not been corrected within 30 days after notice of same. Display of an outdoor advertising sign in violation of §§ 111.20 through 111.33 within a different calendar month shall be a separate offense on a second conviction as to the same outdoor advertising sign as to the same provision of §§ 111.20 through 111.33.
