§ 111.32 FEES.
   The following fees and charges shall be imposed upon owners and applicants for outdoor advertising sign construction permits:
   (A)   Application for outdoor sign construction permit: $500.
   (B)   Annual permit renewal to be collected by the License Inspector: $100.
