§ 111.26 REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Height. An outdoor advertising display shall not exceed 50 feet in height, the measurement to be from average grade of the property upon which the subject display is erected to the lowest point on the principal face of the outdoor advertising display.
   (B)   Size. The total area of all faces in any configuration of an outdoor advertising display shall not exceed the total of 600 square feet on each side of the display.
   (C)   Distance from certain districts. An outdoor advertising display may not be erected or placed within 500 feet of an historical district, public elementary or public secondary school, or residential district, as measured along the right-of-way immediately adjacent to the advertising display.
   (D)   Spacing. The distance between two outdoor advertising displays may not be less than 500 feet on the same side of a right-of-way as measured along the right-of-way adjacent to the advertising display.
