§ 111.22 RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   An outdoor advertising display may not be erected or placed on any property which is zoned for either residential, historic or agricultural use, except as permitted by this subchapter.
   (B)   An outdoor advertising display may only be erected or placed in permitted areas.
