§ 110.26 FEES FOR CERTAIN BUSINESSES AND ACTIVITIES.
   Fees for conducting certain businesses and activities in the city shall be as follows:
   (A)   Carnivals, regardless of local sponsorship. The fee shall be $100 per week, to be paid before showing.
   (B)   Circuses, regardless of local sponsorship. The fee shall be $75 per day, to be paid before showing.
   (C)   City directory. The fee shall be $50.
   (D)   Dance halls. Non-profit organizations, fraternal organizations and groups and organizations of whom the members thereof are students of colleges, high schools, junior high schools or elementary schools shall be exempt. The fee shall be $50 per dance or $200 yearly.
   (E)   Fortunetelling, clairvoyants and palmists. The fee shall be $120 yearly.
   (F)   Door-to-door salesperson, whether itinerant or not. Each salesperson shall pay a fee of $25 yearly.
   (G)   Itinerant nurserypersons. The fee shall be $25 yearly.
   (H)   Ice cream/confectioners. Ice cream or confection peddlers shall pay for each wagon $15 yearly.
   (I)   Itinerant poultry dealers. For itinerant poultry dealers, the fee shall be $25 yearly.
   (J)   Pawnbrokers. For pawnbrokers, the fee shall be $100 yearly.
   (K)   Targeted grazing. Targeted grazing shall mean the operation of a business which maintains goats for grazing, ground clearing and nuisance plant removal. The fee for targeted grazing shall be $25.
