§ 110.14 YARD SALES.
   (A)   No more than one yard sale during each calendar quarter may be conducted at any location which is zoned residential.
   (B)   Before conducting any yard sale, a permit must first be obtained from the office of the License Inspector, for which no charge shall be made. The permit must be obtained at least 24 hours from the date and time upon which the yard sale is to commence.
   (C)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      YARD SALE. A sale of personal belongings of the individual conducting the sale, which were not bought for the purpose of resale, or the personal belongings of other persons conducting a yard sale at the same location, likewise consisting of articles which were not bought for the purpose of resale. As used in this section, a YARD SALE shall be conducted over not more than a 48-hour period.
