(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Within 30 days of notice the city shall levy a fine on the property of such a person or entity committing the violation for all unpaid fines, penalties, charges, and fees imposed pursuant to this chapter. The lien shall be superior to and have priority over all other subsequent liens on the property, except state, county, school and city taxes.
(C) Civil penalties imposed for violation of this chapter shall be enforced by and through the provisions of Chapter 36 regarding the Code Enforcement Officer and Code Enforcement Board.
