(A) The Commission shall hold an annual meeting for the express purpose of electing officers to serve as Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary.
(B) The Chairperson shall preside at the meetings of the Commission and shall be the spokesperson for the Commission. In his or her absence, the Vice-Chairperson shall perform these duties. The Secretary shall prepare the minutes of the Commission’s meetings that shall be available for public inspection.
(C) Regular monthly meetings shall be scheduled by the Chairperson and special meetings may be called at the request of the Chairperson or any two other Commission members.
(D) All Commission decisions shall be by majority vote of the entire Commission.
