§ 96.22 APPEAL PROCEDURE WHEN PERMIT DENIED.
   Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the City Council. The appeal shall be taken within ten days after notice as described in § 96.21. The City Council shall act upon the appeal within ten days after its receipt.
