§ 92.23 LAYING PIPE FOR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to hereafter lay any pipe that is used for gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or other flammable liquids across, under or over any street or alley of the city.
