§ 92.22 UNLOADING FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS FROM RAIL CARS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to unload gasoline, naphtha, kerosene or other flammable liquids from a railroad tank car in the city, except on a railroad spur, wide track, or switch specially provided and arranged for that specific purpose.
   (B)   The cords on the switch shall not be closer than 70 feet to any building.
