(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $l,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(B) Any person who violates § 91.14 shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
