§ 90.36 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or person in charge of livestock to permit or allow the animals to run at large within the city limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation raising or keeping chickens, turkeys, ducks or other fowl to allow the fowl to run at large within the city limits or to keep them in any place not enclosed or where the fowl can trespass on any other property in the possession of any person other than the owner of the fowl.
