The City of Glasgow requires annual licensing of all dogs six months of age or older. This license may be purchased at Barren River Animal Welfare Association. The license fee shall be due and payable on the first day of January each year or on the first day of the month following the acquisition of the dog. The license tag must be attached to a suitable collar and kept on the dog at all times.
