SCHEDULE IV. THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC.
   (A)   (1)   For the purpose of this division (A), the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRUCK. Tractor-trailer trucks or other similar vehicles which are not straight axle vehicles.
      (2)   Through truck traffic shall be prohibited on the following rights-of-way.

   (B)   (1)   For the purpose of this division (B), the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRUCK or TRUCKS. Any vehicle commonly utilized for the hauling of merchandise, freight, dirt, excavation material or other similar material, which has a manufacturer’s rated load- carrying capacity in excess of one ton.
      (2)   Trucks are prohibited from entering Walnut Street from the Shopping Center located between Walnut Street and the Happy Valley Road, by turning left, or toward Milton Avenue.
      (3)   No truck shall enter Walnut Street from Milton Avenue.
   (C)   The operator of any vehicle violating this Schedule IV shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $50.
