SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY STREETS.

   (A)   The following streets are designated as one-way streets within the city and shall travel in one direction only, as provided herein.

   (B)   It shall be permissible for any traffic, while proceeding around the public square as referred to in division (A) of this schedule, to proceed straight ahead or turn to the right on any of the streets constituting any of the above-named intersections.
