§ 72.64 NO PARKING METER CHARGE IN CITY-OWNED LOTS.
   (A)   (1)   No parking meter charge shall be made for parking in the city-owned parking lots located on the public square and at the corner of West Main Street and Liberty Street.
      (2)   Parking meters presently located in those lots shall either be removed or appropriate notices placed therein advising the general public that no charge is required for parking at metered parking spaces.
   (B)   (1)   A charge for obtaining a reserved parking space in the city-owned parking lots on the west side of the public square and at the corner of Liberty Street and West Main Street may be made, in the amount and payable for such periods as may be determined by the Mayor.
      (2)   Reserved spaces shall be so indicated and their usage shall be restricted to the person or persons reserving same.
