§ 72.63 CITY PARKING STRUCTURES; USE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to go upon or about the city’s parking structure located on the north side of the public square between Green and Race Streets for any purpose other than to go to and from an automobile legally parked in that structure.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any act of vandalism in or upon the parking structure; to deface any portion of the parking structure; or to damage or destroy any portion of the parking structure appurtenant thereto or any vehicle parked in that structure.
   (C)   The sole use, except as otherwise provided herein, to be made by any person in the city parking garage and parking lot located at the corner of North Green Street and Water Street shall be for the parking of motor vehicles or horse drawn vehicles.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to be present at the city parking garage and parking lot for any reason other than to park a permitted vehicle therein and the incidental presence at the parking garage and parking lot as is involved in the parking of the vehicles therein.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in or on the city parking garage and parking lot.
   (F)   The Mayor may, upon proper application, allow limited purpose usage of the city parking garage and parking lot for usages other than parking.
   (G)   Without limiting any of the provisions of this section, it shall be unlawful for any person to bicycle, roller skate or skateboard in or on the city parking garage and parking lot.
   (H)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw peelings, hulls, paper or other litter or trash upon the city parking garage and parking lot.
