§ 72.16 TOW-AWAY ZONES.

(A) The Chief of Police shall be empowered to designate certain areas as tow-away zones. These zones so designated shall be clearly marked along the curb or curbline with yellow paint. Any vehicle found parked in these zones will be removed and the owner or driver shall be liable for any tow or storage charges.

(B) In addition to the charges stated in division (A) of this section, there shall be a fine as found in § 72.99.
