§ 72.15 PARKING CATTLE TRUCKS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park a truck or other similar vehicle carrying livestock or poultry on a city street within 150 feet of an occupied dwelling.
   (B)   It shall also be unlawful to park an empty truck or other similar vehicle that has been used for the transportation of swine, poultry or cattle and still emits an obnoxious odor therefrom within 150 feet of an occupied dwelling. This shall not apply to loading or unloading, nor to emergency stopping.
