§ 72.12 PARKING RESTRICTED ON PUBLIC SQUARE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park his or her automobile or any other vehicle in the streets immediately behind the designated parking spaces around the square, or within one block therefrom on any street leading into the public square, and to leave the automobile or other vehicle parked without some person capable of operating the vehicle at all times, at the wheel.
   (B)   Moving traffic around the public square shall park to the right.
   (C)   No person shall park a passenger bus on, about or around the streets of the public square of the city, except for the pick-up and discharge of passengers, and in no case shall a passenger bus be parked on the public square for a period longer than ten minutes.

   (D)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park a truck or other vehicle larger than one ton capacity at any point on the public square at any time, except between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
      (2)   No truck larger than one ton capacity shall be permitted to park on the courthouse side of the public square. Trucks larger than one ton capacity shall not be allowed to park on the business side of the square any longer than is necessary to load and unload merchandise.
