§ 70.76 FUND-RAISING ROADBLOCKS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ROADBLOCK. A practice whereby individuals station themselves in a portion of a street, highway or right-of-way adjacent thereto, not for the purpose of walking, running or traveling thereupon, and engage in the solicitation of passing motorists for donations of money or the distribution of literature by roadblock participants to passing motorists.
   (B)   No person shall conduct a roadblock in the city.
