§ 70.09 EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The provisions of KRS 189.020 through 189.140, and the corresponding statutory penalties, governing equipment on vehicles are adopted by reference and made a part of this code as if set out herein.
