(A) Any person and/or firm who violates any provisions of §§ 51.075 through 51.093 or violates any regulations adopted in accordance with this chapter to meet the NPDES permit of the City of Glasgow shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $10,000 per day of violation or by imprisonment by not more than one year or both.
(C) Any person and/or firm who knowingly makes any false statements, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter, or wastewater contribution permit, or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both.
