§ 51.126 BASIS FOR SEWER RATE.
   In the event any building or premises uses water in excess of 10,000 gallons per month as shown by the water meter readings for two consecutive months and it can be shown that a substantial portion of the water does not and cannot enter the municipal sewer facilities, then the Water and Sewer Commission may determine in such manner as may be found practicable the amount of water entering the sewers, and the sewer rate or charge shall be based thereon, or may require or permit the installation of additional meters or measuring devices in such manner as to determine the quantity of water actually entering the municipal sewer facilities, in which case the sewer rate or charge shall be based thereon.
