§ 51.123 SUSPENDED SOLIDS SURCHARGE.
   (A)   There shall be a surcharge for high suspended solids levels.
   (B)   The suspended solids surcharge shall be $0.15 per 1,000 gallons per 100 milligrams per liter over 200 milligrams per liter.
