§ 51.106 pH AND TEMPERATURE RESTRICTIONS.
   No discharge shall be made at any time into the sanitary sewer system of:
   (A)   A pH less than 5.5 or greater than 9.5; or
   (B)   A temperature of less than 32°F or greater than 150°F.
