Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to those sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by local, state and federal agencies having jurisdiction. It shall be the owner’s responsibility to obtain all permits and comply with all requirements by all agencies involved.
