§ 51.022 CONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRIVATE SYSTEM CONNECTION.
   (A)   Where a public sanitary sewer is not available the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system.
   (B)   The design and layout of this system shall comply with all regulations and specifications issued by local, state, and federal agencies having jurisdiction.
