§ 38.03 DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY.
   The Drug and Alcohol Policy for the city is set forth in the city’s Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual, which is incorporated by reference as if set out in full in § 37.018. A copy of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual is marked as “Exhibit A” and attached to Ordinance 2761, and is on file in the office of the City Clerk for inspection by the public during normal business hours.
