§ 36.188 OFFICERS.
   The Entertain Glasgow Committee shall have a Chairman and Secretary/Chairman, but the city shall keep and maintain all of the Committee’s financial accounts and shall maintain a separate bank account for all of the Committee’s operations. The Committee shall not maintain its own bank account. The Committee’s operations shall be a part of the city’s annual budget.
