§ 39.68 ANNUAL MEETING.
The Ethics Board will meet annually on the third Tuesday in January to elect a chair and a vice-chair from among its regular members, and to set a plan for any obligations for the year, including any annual reports, reviews of disclosures, and the like. A majority of the regular members is required for the Board to take any action. The chair or a majority of the regular members may call a meeting of the Board.
