§ 36.176 POTENTIAL CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES.

This subchapter shall have priority over all ordinances with which a conflict is created and the provisions of other ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed. All ordinances and provisions in ordinance not in conflict remain in full force and effect. (Much of KRS Chapter 381, including KRS 381.770 upon which parts of the city’s Chapter 95 on “Nuisances” is based, has been repealed and replaced with parts of KRS Chapter 65.)
