§ 158.318 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.
   (A)   A temporary structure is any structure that does not have a permanent foundation, falls below the minimum square footage requiring a building permit per the Kentucky Building Code, and does not meet the definition of an accessory set forth in § 158.004.
   (B)   Temporary structures are not to be utilized as a principal structure for the purpose of conducting business for a duration of time exceeding 14 days.
   (C)   Fireworks stands receiving approval from the State Fire Marshal may remain for the time prescribed to them.
