(A) A new position designated as “Plaza Theater Director” shall be and is hereby created.
(B) The job description for the position of Plaza Theater Director, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A to Res. 1059, passed 2-14-05 and incorporated herein by reference as if specifically set forth, shall be, and hereby is, adopted.
(C) The Mayor shall proceed to fill the position of Plaza Theater Director at his or her sole discretion.
