§ 36.152 PLAZA THEATER MANAGER.
   The Mayor shall be, and hereby is, authorized to retain the services of an independent contractor to act as Plaza Theater Manager, with a salary of $1,000 per month. It shall be the Plaza Theater Manager’s responsibility to oversee and conduct the day-to-day operations of the theater.
