A Plaza Theater Advisory Board shall be and hereby is, established, with eight people serving as the initial Board members (as listed in Res. 1051). Their term of years is as follows:
(A) Two members shall serve a one year term.
(B) Two members shall serve a two year term.
(C) One member shall serve a three year term.
(D) Three members shall be considered Ex Officio Members.
