It shall be the duty of the City Attorney to represent the Water and Sewer Commission in any matters that might require his or her services. The City Attorney shall be paid a fair compensation for any services rendered. Due to the increasing complexity of regulations within the industry, the Glasgow Water and Sewer Commission is given the authority to employ their own attorney for services completed on their behalf.
