§ 36.133 ELECTION OF OFFICERS; FINANCES.

The Water and Sewer Commission shall elect from its members a Chairperson and a Secretary- Treasurer; provided, the same member shall not hold both positions. The Secretary-Treasurer shall execute bond in the sum of no less than $15,000 for the accounting of all funds received by him or her.
